The donor must pay an amount of income tax or capital gains tax equal to the tax deducted and to be reclaimed on these donations. Donors are entitled to withdraw their Declaration at any time, but only in respect of donations made after the date of cancellation.

It is possible to use this form on its own, or in conjunction with a Banker's Order. Payments under a Gift Aid Declaration are worth 28% more to France Mission Trust, at no extra cost to the donor.
